This legal notice governs the use of this website, owned by Giampaolo Sponza (hereinafter, the owner). Browsing the site makes you a user of it and implies full acceptance of every provision set out in this notice, which may be amended.

Users undertake to use the site properly, in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and shall be liable to the owner or to third parties for any damage caused by failing to do so.

Conditions of access and use

Access to the site is free of charge, although some services require the relevant form to be completed first. Users warrant that the details they provide are genuine and up to date, and are solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements they make.

Users undertake to make proper use of the contents and services, and not to use them, among other purposes, to:

Distribute criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic or offensive content, content glorifying terrorism or, in general, content contrary to the law or to public order.

Intellectual property

All the contents of the site (text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design and source code) belong to the owner, and no exploitation rights over them are deemed assigned to users beyond what is strictly necessary for the proper use of the website.

Users may view the contents and make authorised private copies, provided that the reproduced items are not subsequently transferred to third parties, installed on servers connected to networks or exploited in any way. The trade marks, trade names and distinctive signs appearing on the site belong to the owner, and accessing the site grants users no rights over them.
