With a career spanning over 28 years, my goal is to facilitate intercultural communication through accurate interpreting and translation services and deeply engaging teaching. I am fluent in Italian, Spanish and English and provide culturally appropriate language solutions in commercial, legal, educational and personal contexts.
Who am I?
Giampaolo Sponza Master’s Degree in translation and interpreting Since 1997, I have focused my professional career on promoting understanding between different languages and cultures. With a degree in interpreting and translation from the renowned SSLMIT in Trieste and extensive international experience in more than ten countries, I guarantee linguistic accuracy and a culturally aware approach in every job I do.
What services do I offer?
I offer three main types of interpreting:
- Simultaneous (in person and online): the interpreter translates at the same time as the speaker is talking, using audio equipment with receivers and headphones for the listeners..
- Consecutive (in person and online): the interpreter translates at the end of the speech or idea, without the need for technical equipment, ideal for small meetings.
- Liaison / bilateral: designed for situations on the move (such as visits or exhibitions), it may involve the use of portable devices such as infoports or mobile apps to facilitate listening.

Exceptional interpreting services for conferences and events
Simultaneous interpreting
In this modality, the interpreter translates the speaker’s message simultaneously. In this case, audio systems and equipment are used to transmit the interpretation to listeners through special receivers stiamo facendo equipped with headphones.
Consecutive interpreting
In this modality, the interpreter translates the speaker’s message at the end of the speech or at the end of a concept. It is a modality in which the interpreter translates conversations between two people or small groups, without the use of technical equipment.
Liaison / bilateral
This modality is mainly used for services where listeners are on the move (company visits, exhibitions, etc.). In this case, listening devices (transmitters/receivers) such as infoports, audio guide systems or, better still, special mobile phone applications can be used.
