These terms govern the purchase of the courses offered on this website. By buying, you accept what is set out here.

What is sold
Video courses on interpreting and transcription, and one-to-one tutoring sessions. Each listing states the language the course is recorded in, its price and the material included. The courses are digital content: once bought, they are delivered through a private link, with no physical medium.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros. As these are services provided by a professional established in Spain, VAT is applied as required by the legislation in force and by the buyer's status. The final price charged is the one shown on the payment screen before you confirm.
How to pay
You can pay by card or by bank transfer.
- By card: payment is made through the Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. gateway. This website never receives or stores your card details.
- By bank transfer: the account holder, IBAN and order reference are provided. Access to the material is sent once the transfer has cleared.
How it is delivered
With card payment, access is immediate: once the purchase is complete a page appears with the download links, and the same address is sent by email. With bank transfer, access is enabled as soon as the amount reaches the account, normally within one or two working days.
Download links are personal and tied to your order. The material is for your own use: it may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen calendar days, without having to give a reason, except in the case explained below.
Digital content delivered immediately. Video courses are delivered as soon as payment is made. By completing the purchase you expressly agree that delivery begins at that moment and acknowledge that, once downloading or playback has started, you lose the right of withdrawal, under article 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If you have not accessed the material, the right remains in full.
To withdraw, simply email info@giampaolosponza.com before accessing the material, quoting your order number. The refund is made by the same payment method within fourteen calendar days of receiving your notice.
Tutoring. Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours' notice. Within that period, or if you do not attend, the session is treated as delivered.
If something goes wrong
If a download link fails, if the material does not match the description, or if you have been charged twice, email info@giampaolosponza.com with your order number. You will get a reply within forty-eight working hours and the matter will be resolved at no cost.
Invoices
If you need an invoice, enter your tax number on the purchase form. The invoice is emailed once the purchase is complete.
Complaints and applicable law
You may send any complaint to the email address above. The European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
